Silent arm mixer? Today it is possible!

 

Dough-mixing machines in the food industry must have one essential feature: silent operation.

Kneader manufacturers seek continuous improvement for their machines, both in terms of working performance and noise reduction during operation.

We have already proposed one of the solutions to noise in the past; an electric motor built with specific characteristics, (see article: Noiseless kneading machines? Here’s how! ) and now we have a NEW!

In cooperation with one of our leading customers in the kneading machine sector, we have developed a technopolymer gear that significantly reduces any friction and consequently makes the kneading machine noiseless.

Here are the main strengths of thermoplastic gears:

Noise reduction;
Self-lubrication: reducing food contamination problems and maintenance;
Cost reduction;
Reduction of machine weight.
